We the People – We are the change

They say that doing the same thing over and over again expecting the same result is the definition of insanity. Well I ask you this,”Did your choice at the polls in the last presidential election win?” If not, what are you willing to do differently this time to ensure the outcome is to your liking?
Just casting a vote is all that we can do as individuals but that is not enough. We have to take the initiative to bring someone onboard. And not just one someone but several.
The time to wear your heart and politics on your sleeve is now, because our freedoms and way of life is under attack from the very institution designed to protect it.
Never before and never in as many ways has the federal government encroached upon our freedoms. Everything from healthcare mandates to the type of light bulbs we can purchase.
This erosion of liberty has been building for several decades and is rapidly increasing with the Obama administration and the socialist-progressive agenda they are trying to force feed us.
The left however, would like nothing more than to keep spending money we don’t have on programs and people who believe they have a right to something other than what’s clearly defined in our founding documents.

We have a job to do. We have a country to save. This is the least we can do since our children and grandchildren will be paying for our excesses.
Roll up your sleeves, get involved.

October 6 Meeting Update

The topic of discussion for our meeting was Natural Law. Natural Law and natural rights follow from the nature of man and the world. We have the right to defend ourselves and our property, because of the kind of animals that we are. True law derives from this right. not from the arbitrary power of the omnipotent state.

Natural Law is not some far away and long ago golden age myth imagined by John Locke three hundred years ago, but a real and potent force in today’s world, which still today forcibly constrains the lawless arrogance of government officials.

The opponents of natural rights often complain that the advocates of natural rights are not logically consistent., because we continually shift between equivalent definitions of natural law. They gleefully manufacture long lists of “logical contradictions”.

We see these contradictions in the argument about the Arizona immigration law and Obamacare.  Opponents of the immigration law will tell you that we cannot lawfully ask for proof of citizenship when a crime has been committed. These same individuals will also say that in order to receive health care benefits under Obamacare you must be a legal resident of the US and no illegal aliens will receive it. You can’t have it both ways.

September 1 Meeting Update

It was great to see several new faces at our meeting on Wednesday. We heard from Ohio State School Board candidate Debe Terhar.  She told us her vision for Ohio schools. She makes some very good points about how we can improve our school system in Ohio.  You can get more information about her at www.debeterhar.com.   Please note that we do not endorse any candidates for public office but we will allow candidates to use our meeting as a platform to get their message out so that we can be informed of our options.

I would like to get aggressive with the PEP initiative if we can get more of the regular attendees together at our meeting to plan on canvasing an area.

I have distributed about 40 packets to area households with potentially conservative voters and the information has been well received.

Please take the time to visit the www.cincinnati912project.com site and click on the PEP link on the left side of the page.  There you will find support data to print and distribute in the packets.  GOTV (get out the vote) is critical to our success in the November 2 election.

If you have any questions about the PEP, please contact me at jwlotz@fuse.net.

America Is No Place For Sharia Law

Sharia Law is coming to this country whether you like it or not.  Recent cases in our courts have documented this.  The following links tell more.

August 17 Meeting Update

We had a presentation of the Precinct Education Project (PEP) by Jerry Philpot of the Cincinnati 912 Project.  This presentation taught us how we can best use the information from the Hamilton County Board of Elections to our advantage. By creating a walking list of the independent, swing and conservative voters, we can be most effective in getting our message out to the people without wasting valuable time going to each and every house.

Educating the voter is our goal. An additional benefit of this personal contact will be that it is visible to all that we are not haters or racists, just no longer silent and that they will join our efforts.

More information can be found on the Cincinnati 912 Project website at www.cincinnati912project.com/pep

Get in contact with your local Precinct Chairperson and ask them if they would like to join you in contacting voters.

We will be distributing information door-to-door about current issues on the state and national levels, a pocket Constitution and the Cincinnati 912 Project flyer.  I have this information to give to our members along with a bag to hang on doorknobs. If you would like a partner to walk with you in your precinct, or if you need more materials to pass out,  just give me call, I’ll be glad to help out.

This PEP initiative is critical to the coming election.  In order to defeat a progressive agenda we must be aggressive.  If you have any questions please call Jay Lotz at 522-3018.

July 21 Meeting

At the meeting on Wednesday we discussed the Precinct Education Project. I attended the training session for the PEP on July 10 at the Blue Ash Library so that we could teach our members more about this project. Getting out the vote in this next election is vital to our success. We must take it upon ourselves to educate and inform the voters who are undecided, independent, or are just ill informed about the current state of the rise of socialism in this country.
We had a visit from 912 Project Member Bill Goslin from Albany, NY. He wanted to attend one of our local meetings to see the things we are actively engaged in so that he may employ it in his area. They are pushing for 912 members to become precinct chairpersons. Its nice to know that the 912 Project is strong in Albany, NY.
We discussed individual freedoms that our Founding Fathers fought for. Today many politicians like to champion the cause of a collective group, mostly because it will earn them votes. This approach always leaves out someone else. The legislation our lawmakers should be working on must help all Americans and not the chosen few. The chosen few may be poor, rich, young or old but the current trend is to pass laws at the expense of some other demographic that poses no election risk or one who can easily be demonized. This strategy is used by Republicans and Democrats alike and the reason why we must educate the voters about the candidates and the principles of our Founding Fathers so that we can reclaim our Republic.

PEP Training

The training meeting for Precinct Education Project was Saturday July 10.  We learned how to use the information from the Hamilton County Board of Elections to our advantage so that we can be effective in the upcoming election.  We will be discussing the PEP at our next meeting and planning a course of action to inform voters.

Its time to take action and get the vote out.  Bring a friend!
